We are passionate about teaching your skills that are more than hair. We coach on leadership, motivation, communication, customer service, elevating the experience, goal setting and planning. We create a custom coaching plan for our stylist that sets them up for their version of success. We look at daily goals to hit, retail goals, and coaching on getting to the next level. We do this by monthly coaching, quarterly planning, and yearly goals that we look at.
